Update: Sheriff Gains Entry Into PDP Secretariat After IGP Withdraws Men

Ousted Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senator Modu Sheriff, has gained entry into the party’s National Secretariat after four attempts. This follows the withdrawal of the detachment of policemen stationed in and around the building on the orders of the IGP.
It was earlier reported that the controversial politician was refused an entry into the opposition party’s national secretariat by some policemen stationed at the outskirt of the building.
Sheriff, who insisted that he is the authentic chairman of the party, berated alleged partisanship of the police.
