The new re-builder of Manchester United football Club, Jose Mourinho has deem it fit to rids on any obstacle in his way to get the young Brazilian, Gabriel Barbosa.
Despite the fact that it was reported, sometimes last week, that Santos president Modesto Roma said an Inter Milan bid for the 19-year-old Brazil forward had been accepted and the likes of Leicester City, Juventus, Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid still flash interest, Mourinho will stop at nothing to secure the signing of young star.
A foreign newspaper, Sun reported that United “are ready to blow the opposition out of the water” by tabling a £30 million bid in the next couple of days, leaving Mourinho “in pole position to land the superkid.”
It adds that the manager wants to add another forward to his ranks and has “made it clear Barbosa is the perfect fit for his Reds revolution.”
But with “Gabigol” representing Brazil at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Santos have said a decision on his future will not be made until after the Games.
