FERMA Chairman, Makes Ministerial List

The Chairman of Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), Engr. Ezekiel Jide Adeniyi has been tipped as one of the new ministerial nominee from Osun State. Information made available to News of the People indicates that the astute engineer is well favoured by both the political heavy weights in Osun and the presidency. He is said to be particularly close to the president’s family on the account of his role as chaplain in Aso Rock church. Sources who are in the know explained that the new nominee when eventually confirmed by the senate may be offered to replace sacked Erelu Olusola Obada as Minister of Defence. For now all, fingers are at the direction of Engr. Adeniyi who hails from Ila-Orangun as the man to join Goodluck Jonathan cabinet very soon.
Engr. Olajide Adeniji FNSE current Chairman of the Agency began his civil service career as Engineer II in the defunct Gongola State and later rose to become Director of Civil Engineering in Adamawa State. After his appointment as Director of Engineering and Technical Services in the Nigerian Meteorological Agency, Federal Ministry of Aviation, Abuja in 2002, he was appointed Ag. Director General of the Agency in 2007. He retired from the Public Service after meritoriously serving his fatherland in August, 2010. Adeniji is widely traveled and married with children
