Drunk four-year-old Romanian boy lands in hospital
Doctors at a Romanian hospital were shocked when they analysed the concentration of alcohol in the child’s blood and found 400 mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, which if he was allowed to drive would mean under UK law he was five times over the limit.
The boy’s father in Harlau, in northeastern Romania, took his son to the hospital but did not comment on how it happened. The child was later transferred to a more specialized medical clinic.
The four-year-old is battling for life after being brought to the hospital in a state of sever alcoholic coma.
