EFCC storm Abuja residence of ex-Petroleum minister as she’s under arrest in UK

2015-10-02-19-30-03--917844954The Abuja residence of the immediate-past Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke in the posh Asokoro area has been stormed by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), in what has been described as part of a multinational investigation of the former minister.

This is even as reports say the former minister was arrested in London, UK, today, by the newly formed International Corruption Unit (ICU) of the country’s National Crimes Agency
The former minister was said to have been arrested in London in connection to an allegation of bribery.
She was arrested alongside with aboit other ten people believed to be involved in the alleged crime.
